  Investment Agreement
Contracts should be made specific to the particular circumstances of the business arrangement, as opposed to simply attempting to rely on a generic template that is not designed to advance your company's financial interests, hence the significance of a contract lawyer drafting an investment program agreement.
Clauses often seen in such contracts might include some variant of:
"(a) During the Initial Term, xxx shall identify one or more xxx Investors to provide an aggregate of up to $xxx million (as outstanding, the "xxx Capital Commitment") to acquire Investments through various Subsidiaries. Each xxx Investor will contribute capital to its Master Venture and/or applicable Subsidiary in accordance with its Master Venture Agreement and/or the Subsidiary Agreement of the applicable Subsidiary. (b) In lieu of identifying a xxx Investor to fund a Capital Call, xxx, at its sole discretion, may choose to utilize one or more credit facilities available to it to fund a Capital Call; provided, however, that the use of such credit facilities shall not require or result in any security interest, lien or other encumbrance upon the interests of xxx or any xxx Investor in any xx Master Venture or Subsidiary. In the instance that xxx shall utilize a credit facility to fund an Investment, such monies shall reduce xxx's Unfunded Capital Commitment.."
